These are used on the shock absorber assembly for the PBL. The special retainer sets on the top of the lower rubber cushion and the bottom of the upper rubber cushion. The retainer has a flanged lip at the opening for the shock shaft. The lip inserts into the hole in the Shock Absorber Bracket 070011289 from the bottom.
