This bracket is secured to the 049007191 and -192 Angle Base Weldments with bolts and nuts. The bumper air cylinder attaches to this bracket with a pin and cotter pin. It is part of the automatic bumpers subassemblies 049007174 and -173, used to raise and lower the bumpers
